Hi! I am Dr Sukhpreet and I have been a medical doctor for over 25 years. The one thing that my years of experience has taught me is how limited conventional medicine is in preventing and curing illnesses - and that the answer to most health problems lies in Lifestyle.
Despite always being slim, I was diagnosed with hypertension and high cholesterol at a relatively young age. But I was fortunate to receive appropriate and timely Lifestyle guidance through which I was able to reverse both. This realisation led me to develop a blended approach of conventional and lifestyle medicine to help my patients across the globe, with emphasis on the latter.

Transcend, Transform and Transfuse are the 3 different programs that I have created that aim to empower individuals to take control of their health and reduce their dependence on conventional medicine.

​​Fertility, Adolescent Health, PCOS and Menopausal transition are some of the areas very close to my heart. I have run IVF centres and been part of many School Health programs to create awareness about hormones amongst young girls, helping them grow into healthy women. As a mother of teenage children and, having worked as a fertility consultant for over 20 years, I am now actively promoting the health of Adolescents in order to prevent fertility related problems with them in the future.
